Apple Nut Butter Slices

A quick and nutritious clean-eating snack.

  • 1 apple, cored and sliced into rounds approximately half a centimeter thick
  • 100% nut butter
  • Ground cinnamon


  • Lay apple slices out on a cutting board or flat surface.
  • Spread the apple slices with nut spread and sprinkle with cinnamon.


Make It Personal:
Sprinkle with crushed nuts, seeds
or coconut on top of spread.
Recipe Tips:
Great for lunch boxes or snacks, afternoon tea or when you are craving something sweet.
Sensitive to Nuts?
For a nut free version, substitute nut butter for 100% Seed Spread
or Coconut Butter.
Sensitive to FODMAPs or Fructose?
Spread small amounts of almond butter or opt for 100% organic peanut butteron sliced rounds of banana instead of apple.
