these look delicious. what can i use instead of almond meal to make it nut free?
You can swap out almond meal and use ground sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are a little more bitter than almond meal so I would suggest adding a touch extra natural sweetness with rice malt syrup or maple syrup.
