This sweet treat has all of my favourite things – colour, crunch, flavour and lots of fun to make!
Coconut Crunch Parfait
- Assemble ingredients in layers in a parfait glass and serve chilled.
- If you don't have any gluten free granola available you can also use your favourite nuts, seeds (preferably activated) and organic shredded coconut.
- Follow our nut free recipe tips for Granola or simply use toasted seeds (preferably activated) and organic shredded coconut.
- Stick to small parfait glass (in other words small portions!) Choose tolerated nuts and avoid cashews. Coconut cream is generally tolerated in small servings.
