In a blender(I use a Vitamix), food processor or stick blender with attachment, combine all ingredients until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.
Serve chilled.

Make it Personal:
Use carob powder instead of cacao powder (good for kids).
Serve your chilled mousse with toasted Shredded Coconut, chopped nuts and seeds, Cacao Nibs or even fresh berries.
Recipe Tips:
The creamier your avocado the better your results. Make sure you use a ripe avocado as an unripened avocado wont produce the same creamy results.
You can also blend in coconut yoghurt or coconut cream for a thick, creamy texture.
Sensitive to FODMAPs?
Stick to 1/4 avocado per serve.
Opt for maple syrup or liquid stevia instead of honey.
