This sweet treat has all of my favourite things - colour, crunch, flavour and lots of fun to make!

  • Assemble ingredients in layers in a parfait glass and serve chilled.

Recipe Tips:
  • If you don't have any gluten free granola available you can also use your favourite nuts, seeds (preferably activated) and organic shredded coconut.
Sensitive to Nuts?
  • Follow our nut free recipe tips for Granola or simply use toasted seeds (preferably activated) and organic shredded coconut.
Sensitive to FODMAPs?
  • Stick to small parfait glass (in other words small portions!) Choose tolerated nuts and avoid cashews. 
  • Use coconut yoghurt if tolerated.
