Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups plant based milk almond/ coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/8 avocado
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 serve plant based protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add liquid to your blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or keep cool.

Notes

To make this recipe nut free, swap nut butter for tahini.
