In a blender combine frozen banana with super cubes and coconut milk. Blend until ingredients combine and texture is smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.
Serve immediately or transfer to a large piping bag with wide nozzle and place in freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
Pipe onto ice cream cones for a soft serve ice cream.
Serve as is or with your favourite toppings (recipe for healthy choc magik below).
Serve in a cup or cone*.
To Make Choc Ice Magik Topping
In a small bowl combine melted coconut oil with cacao powder and natural sweetener of choice.
Mixture will harden when it cools down, keep room temp/ warm until ready to serve.
Serve ice cream with a generous drizzle of ice magic on top. The mixture will harden when it hits the cold ice cream.
