Hi, I’m Casey-Lee! Your down-to-earth qualified nutritionist and relatable mum who get’s it. I crafted this course to help you to rediscover your inner health and vitality and live a life full of energy and vibrancy.
Just like any other everyday mum, I’ve navigated the same stressors, challenges and daily life motions that you might too. I’m here to keep it real, sharing tried and tested strategies that are qualified, practical and impactful. No matter how busy or tired you may be, you absolutely can – and deserve to – feel your healthiest and happiest self.

No fad diets here! Here we celebrate real food! Wholefoods as nature intended. The course encourages eating a balanced diet rich in whole foods, including sources of quality protein, healthy fats, gut-loving fibre and real food carbohydrates. All of the nutritionist-approved recipes in the course are made with accessible, whole foods that provide nutrient dense meals to you and your family, without any fuss.
How do I access the course?
After you have signed up to the course you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to access and begin your program using your unique login. Simply sign in to your course and soak up all of the good stuff at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.
What support does the course include?
There’s nothing like sharing a journey with someone cheering you on and keeping you accountable and on-track. This is why course members have access to our Facebook community sharing the journey with like-minded members learning and growing with you. Through the Facebook community you also have access to ask our course nutritionist any questions you have. You’re not alone and we’re here with you!

We’ve got you covered! We know what it’s like to navigate food sensitivites and intolerance which is why our course uniquely includes options for dieatry needs including gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free and egg free. All of the recipes are naturally gluten free with options to tailor additional dieatary needs in each recipe or meal plan.
