Being balanced with the right macronutrients your body needs to thrive this smoothie will keep you fuelled for hours, without energy drops and help to keep sugar cravings at bay.

I like to make this smoothie for my on-the-go, busy mornings. I take it with my in my glass flask that keeps cold for hours. This flask is one of the best things I invested in. - 1.5 cups plant based milk almond/ coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/8 avocado
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1 serve vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Add liquid to your blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or keep cool.
